The joint was secured using an M8×1.25×25 mm flanged hex head bolt (property class 10.9, zinc-plated), tightened to a torque of 25 N·m

To ensure structural integrity under dynamic loading, the test fixture was assembled using M8×1.25×25 mm flanged hex head bolts conforming to ISO property class 10.9. Each bolt was zinc-plated to provide basic corrosion protection without compromising tensile strength. The integrated flange eliminated the need for separate washers and helped distribute clamping force more evenly across the joint.
