Introduction

Designs And Drawings

Our engineers are state-of-the-art in the programming of 2D and 3D.We are good at Auto CAD, Soliworks, ProE. Buyers can send their designs, drawigns or samples to us for development. Our engineers can also assist our customers to build the drawings if there is only samples Or to develop a new designs to beat the competitiors.
Stamping

Stamping is the process of producing flat parts from various materials such as steel or aluminium. It is usually the first step in the production of the products. Merid has more than 20pcs stamping machines from 16ton to 500T.Their production capacity can meet most of the customer's requiremnts on stamping parts.
Laser Cutting

Merid bought an advanced laser cutting machine in 2023 to improve the service for customers.Laser cutting, also known as laser beam cutting, refers to the cutting of solids by means of continuous or pulsed laser radiation by material ablation. The process is used where complex outlines, precise, fast processing, the creation of three-dimensional openings (even in hard-to-reach places) and/or non-contact, almost force-free machining are required. Compared to alternative processes, such as punching, laser cutting can be used economically even with very small batch sizes.

Bending

Bending is a group of manufacturing processes that belongs to the main group of forming. Bending stresses act in the forming zone. Merid has both sheet metal bending machines and tube bending machines. So we can produce both sheet metal and tube forming parts in our workshop.

Weld

Welding is the inseparable joining of components using heat and/or pressure, with or without welding consumables. Merid has welding robot, laser welding mahcine, and Manual welding tables.Good at Carbon dioxide welding, spot welding, tig welding, laser welding, automated robotic welding.

CNC Machining

CNC machining,also known as Computer Numerical Control maching, is a manufacturing process that utilizes computerized controls and machine tools to remove material from a workpiece. It involves the use of pre-programmed software to control the movement and operation of the machine, resulting in highly precise and accurate parts. CNC machining is commonly used in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and medical, to produce complex and intricate components with tight tolerances. Merid has CNC turning machines, CNC milling machines and CNC center.

Serface Treatment

Merid always works with partners that has the highest quality on surface treatment near us.Our hot-dip galvanizing surface quality is the best in our area. We also have partners for electroplating(zinc plate), e-coating, powder coating, enameled surface. Our QC department checked the quality of the surface every lot make sure both the thickness and adhesive force are meet the requirements.

Assembling
Assembling is a crucial step in the manufacturing process, where different components are assembled according to specific instructions or design specifications.Merid works trictly in accordance with customer requirements for assembly.Samples or videos will be sent to customers for approvel before assembling. QC department will keep an eye on not only the appearance but also the function after the assembling.
Packing
The most common material used for packing is cartons，pallets，plywood cases or metal cages.
Depend on customer's needs or different products. Usually, small and light weight products are packed in cartons and then put on pallets. Big and heavy products are put in cases. Shipping marks will be stuck or printed on the outer package to help customers know what is in it. Full container shipment or LCL shipment are both welcome.
