The assembly utilizes a high-strength M6×15 mm flanged hex bolt, rated at property class 10.9 and finished with a zinc-plated coating for corrosion resistance.

To ensure structural integrity under dynamic loading, the test fixture was assembled using M6×15 mm flanged hex head bolts conforming to ISO property class 10.9. Each bolt was zinc-plated to provide basic corrosion protection without compromising tensile strength. The integrated flange eliminated the need for separate washers and helped distribute clamping force more evenly across the joint.
