A: Merid is an original manufacturer based in Qingdao, China. We cater to both local trading companies and foreign customers. You are welcome to visit our factory in person.

A: We prioritize our customer’s interests and will not sell their products or designs to any third party without proper authorization. We encourage the signing of a confidentiality agreement for added assurance.

A: Please send us your designs, drawings, or samples, and we will provide you with a price based on the information provided.
Q: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: The MOQ can be adjusted and discussed based on the specific products. Generally, the minimum order quantity is 500 pieces for each item and size, but smaller MOQs are negotiable.

A: We offer free samples, but the buyer is responsible for the freight cost. This cost can be refunded after an official order is placed.

A: We offer a one-year warranty after shipment under correct use. We provide replacements or refunds in the following shipment if necessary.
